Management Board

The Management Board of Fraport Brasil manages the company’s strategic and operative business and is responsible for the activities at Porto Alegre and Fortaleza airports.

Andreea Pal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

For the past seven years, from April 2010 to July 2017, Andreea Pal has held executive management responsibilities and served as deputy general manager and CFO overseeing finance and IT at Northern Capital Gateway – the consortium including Fraport AG that manages Pulkovo Airport (LED) in St. Petersburg, Russia. From 2009 to 2010, Andreea Pal was CEO at Dorsch Holding GmbH, a German engineering and infrastructure company. For over eight years, from 2001 to March 2009, Pal was based in Frankfurt as Fraport AG’s senior vice-president for the company’s global portfolio of airports and other investments.




Sabine Trenk, Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Sabine has a strong passion for aviation and in her 25 years in the industry she has gained extensive experience in all aspects of airport management. Prior to joining Fraport Brasil, she was the Deputy General Manager Operations at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport in China. For nine years, from 2008 to 2016, she was Chief Operating and Commercial Officer at Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru, leading its transformation into an award-winning hub airport in South America. She was based in Frankfurt as a Project Director in Fraport AG’s global investments and management division and has held executive positions in operations and commercial management in India, the Philippines and Greece.




Leandro Cunha, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Leandro is a native Brazilian and has over twenty years of experience working for international companies in Brazil. Prior to joining Fraport Brasil, Leandro was General Manager for Gran Tierra Energy Brasil, Head of Finance for Maersk Oil Brasil, Controller for FMC Technologies Brasil and Finance Director for CHC Helicopter in Brazil. Leandro participated in SK do Brasil Ltda’s acquisition in amount of USD 2.4 Billion, acting on paralegal / statutory, cash, tax planning and assets integration on Maersk Oil’s portfolio. Leandro led Management of Change project (Finance and IT) in Angola and supported Global Standard Operating Procedures implementation in Maersk Oil. Leandro also supported the startup of CHC Helicopter in Brazil.
